Carnival Row Season 2: Release Date, Cast, Plot, Renewal Status And Cancellation Rumor




Carnival Row is an American web television series. Its fundamental genre is noir, neo-noir. This series is a generation of Travis Beacham and Rene Echevarria.

The first period of this show Carnival Row premiers in August 2019. Means this last year. Season one of this series becomes blended ratings and reviews from the audience and critics.

But the season among Carnival Row is considered an overall achievement. Today Amazon is looking forward to another successful season of Carnival Row.

Release Date

The series was renewed for another season. The renewal confirmation came back in July 2019. Carnival Row declared the renewal through its official Instagram page. But much to everyone’s dismay, in March 2020, production came to a halt in view of the ongoing pandemic. According to sources, production is currently underway, and the next season will grace our screens.

The delay in a production led to the delay in release. The series could premiere sometime in August 2021.


The first season saw Philo exploring the Darksher murders. His fae ancestry also came to light. Philo found links to the people that were a part of the murders. Philo connected the dots and discovered that the chancellor was his father. We see Philo unable to make his mind in the first season and stuck between the worlds of Half-human and half-fae.

In the next season, Philo may join Vignette. The most important focus will be the reason behind Philo giving up his badge, and according to reports, the motive could be Vignette. The forthcoming season may also have involvements of Fae’s struggles regarding their liberation. There also may be disputes against the alliance of Jonah Breakspear and Sophie Longerbane.

Carnival Row Season 2: Renewal Status And Cancellation Rumor

There are rumors and news in the atmosphere all around that season 2 of Carnival Row is facing cancellation. But rumors remain rumors before having a bit of tangible evidence. Until now there are no details available to confirm this news.

However last year just Amazon and the production team formally renews Carnival Row for season 2. However, the thing that is making audiences and fans desperate is not any renewal status till now.

It’s almost 1 season since season 2 formally renewed. Our sources and internal leaks confirm that almost all production and filming works are completed for season 2.

This is a major accomplishment for a series because in these pandemic times when many shows are facing flaws. They somehow manage to finish the filming and production functions.

This makes the audience expect that a few upgrades on the series may arrive in late 2020. The first season of this series Carnival Row landed in August 2019.
