Kate Winslet has busted Tom Cruise’s underwater filming album whilst filming Avatar 2.
The Titanic superstar conquers Cruise’s formerly set album from 2011 if the latter had been starring Mission: Impossible — Rogue Country, where he held his breath underwater in a whirlpool for half an hour.
Winslet, who’s set to star in James Cameron’s sci-fi movie, was able to remain underwater for seven minutes and 14 minutes while filming — also was not aware she had been putting a new album at the moment.
“It is so funny because I do not read testimonials or networking items. I am not on Instagram, just like I am just totally disconnected from this part of my entire life,” Winslet said to Entertainment Tonight when informed she’d overcome Cruise’s record.
“So all this week and the week before, I have had people coming to me saying, ‘Oh my God, just like seven minutes and 14 minutes? Just like, what?!” And I am going,’ What? Hang on, wait a moment. How can you understand that?'”
She added: “It was fantastic and I was quite proud of myself and I will probably never be in a position to take action again. That came at the end of four months worth of very extreme training and it had been from the dip tank, it had been in the practice tank. However, I loved it”
Winslet has maintained details about her Avatar two personality under wraps, just previously stating: “I play with a waterman. I’m a water person.”
Avatar 2 is defined to be released in cinemas worldwide on December 16, 2022.
